About Our Boxing Striking & Fitness Training
A combination of Fitness, Boxing & MMA Striking. This class is focussed primarily on speed & technique, using a variety of drills.
Boxing is a popular contact sport that puts two people in the ring to compete in a strength, speed and endurance competition. The team at Fight Fit have created a comprehensive amateur boxing training programme that is under the professional guidance of Tressor Pupanga.
What to Expect:
Our classes are designed to teach you correct boxing technique as well as give you a awesome fat burning workout. Unlike other gyms that offer Boxing-fitness classes we don’t ask you to hit “Air bags”, but prefer you experience the real thing which is 1000 times more effective when considering weight loss or fitness. Our classes are an hour long, starting of with a 10 minute warm up, followed by boxing drills with a partner, coach or on the various bags and pads we have at our facility. These drills not only give you a great workout but also instill technique and correct forms into your muscle memory.
What will you need:
Boxing gloves, straps and a desire to have fun whilst getting fit!
For our first time client, we do have house gloves which you are welcome to use whilst on your 7 day free trial.
Your Fitness Level:
You DO NOT need to have a minimum fitness level or any experience to begin with our classes. You DO NOT have to be athletic, fit, have a prior boxing background. Your Size, Strength, Age or Gender DO NOT Matter! Anyone Can Do It!
