I, Shana Power, started at Fight Fit Militia 6years ago as an apprentice under Norman. As I furthered my studies and spent more hours at the gym, I started to learn about Mma. The more time I spent in the gym, the more I fell in love with the sport. In 2012 I was diagnosed with pulmonary embolism (I had 28 clots on my lungs.) They told me I was lucky to be alive. I was put on warfarin, and was told I would never be able to compete again. A year to the day I had made a full recovery and had my first boxing fight. This fight was the start to my amazing career as a professional Mma fighter. I am undefeated as an amateur, I was the first fightstar bantam weight woman champion. I now currently have a professional record of 1-0.
